Jess Szabo

Jess brings a decade of experience in sponsorship and marketing to our agency. With a track record working with incredible organizations such as the NBA Canada, TELUS, TSN, and the CFL, Jess has honed her skills and expertise in delivering impactful campaigns.

Driven by her values and vision, Jess departed from the corporate world and established Gravity Management. Her goal was to create a company that embodies her passion for curling, empowering individuals and brands to thrive.

Jess’ strategic approach, collaborative mindset, and relentless dedication help drive transformative results for our clients. Her industry knowledge and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to your team. Helping push for equality in sports is a passion for Jess. She plans to help encourage this by proving the equal value of women sports through research and action.

Through her leadership, we strive to unlock new opportunities and drive remarkable achievements in the industry’s ever-evolving landscape. Jess graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours B.A. in both New Media and Sociology. She is currently enrolled at Dalhousie University in their Master of Business Administration – MBA, Leadership program.

Ryan Fry

A co-creator of Gravity Management is a highly accomplished individual in the curling world. With an Olympic gold medal and over 25 years of competitive experience, Ryan’s expertise is unparalleled. As our company’s COO, Ryan is the National Head Coach of the Italian Men’s Curling team, who are #1 in the world, and are the home team competing in the 2026 Olympic Games in Milano Cortina, Italy. His dedication to curling is unwavering, and it’s his passion to help grow the sport he loves internationally.

Ryan has significantly contributed to various team sponsorship campaigns, leveraging his industry knowledge and forging successful alliances. His insights and collaborative approach have been instrumental in the success of these partnerships.

As a co-creator of Gravity Management, Ryan’s multifaceted background and passion for sports and business bring a unique perspective to the agency. Under the leadership of his CEO and wife, he intends to use his ambition and knowledge to help serve the company’s clients and make his boss proud. 😉
