A co-creator of Gravity Management is a highly accomplished individual in the curling world. With an Olympic gold medal and over 25 years of competitive experience, Ryan’s expertise is unparalleled. As our company’s COO, Ryan is the National Head Coach of the Italian Men’s Curling team, who are #1 in the world, and are the home team competing in the 2026 Olympic Games in Milano Cortina, Italy. His dedication to curling is unwavering, and it’s his passion to help grow the sport he loves internationally.

Ryan has significantly contributed to various team sponsorship campaigns, leveraging his industry knowledge and forging successful alliances. His insights and collaborative approach have been instrumental in the success of these partnerships.

As a co-creator of Gravity Management, Ryan’s multifaceted background and passion for sports and business bring a unique perspective to the agency. He intends to use his ambition and knowledge to help serve the company’s clients.

Krysten Karwack

Krysten has spent the last seven years building personal brands behind the scenes as a freelance social media marketer, working with top curlers and teams across the sport. A Creative Communications grad with a PR major, she blends sharp strategy with clean design and athlete-first instincts.

She’s also been a competitive curler for 24 years and currently plays on Team Einarson. She gets the sport, the audience, and the pressure, and she’s here to help our clients grow with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
